Hello and Welcome!!

 

My name is Chef Stefan, and I hope you will stop by Jantzen Beach Bar + Grill to enjoy some of our delicious Northwest inspired meals, or our hand-crafted cocktails and beverages.

 

My roots stem from the warm southern coast of Spain, and have been nurtured for three generations on the upcountry ranch lands of Maui. Blessed with a rich heritage of international cuisine, I look forward to sharing my passion for robust and flavorful meals with you.

 

I would be honored to share one of my favorite Northwest inspired dinner recipes. I hope you will make it for your family, with fond memories of your time in Portland as our guest.
