Meet our Chef
Jeffrey Morton

My name is Jeffrey Morton, Executive Sous Chef at Holiday Inn Columbia Riverplace in the great PNW. I am a native Portlander with over twenty years honing my culinary talents in restaurants across this city, while cultivating inspirations from the many wonderful chefs I have worked with. This has led to exciting opportunities to open and help develop several upscale fine dining and hotel restaurants, such as, the Porter Hotel’s multi-faceted concept including Terrane Italian Kitchen/ Chiosco Pizza/ Portland Exchange in addition to, Jackrabbit and Fenouil. 

 

I have applied elements of these experiences as well as the cuisines that have fueled my passion, often drawing from my love of Italian, French, Mediterranean, and Memphis BBQ. I am thrilled to be able to share these experiences through my menu creations and bring the best of the Northwest bounty to our guests.
